WHEN BOOKING YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WHICH HAS A LINK TO A QR CODE
You will need to download your QR Code prior to arrival at your booked session. Please have your QR Code ready on your phone or print out to enable us to quickly check you in. We cannot use a screen shot of an email confirmation. It has to be the QR Code for the quickest check in.
I have booked AM and PM sessions, can I stay on site between them?
Yes, you are allowed to stay on-site during the break, remember we have a Café with hot and cold drinks and food available. You can't carry on using the pool, however, as there will not be any lifeguards on duty during the break.
How do I book tickets?
The best way is to use our online booking system (using the link above) although you can also pop in to front of house - although please note that we usually sell out in advance so please don't rely on paying at the door on the day of your planned visit. If you want to book on behalf of someone who isn't able to book their own ticket, this is possible via our booking system. You can also call us on 01206 303067 or email us here and we can make a manual booking - although please understand that as the Lido is staffed by volunteers it may take a day or so for us to respond at busy times. Please note at busy times we may not be able to answer the phone or respond to emails.

Guaranteed Entry provided arrival is within 30 minutes of doors opening. Please Queue. Late arrival (after 30 minutes after doors opening) will mean waiting until there is space. (IE waiting for leavers). This is to ensure that we maintain a safe bather load.
